- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
- Spamming, phishing, or other malicious activities
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Activities that could harm our infrastructure or other users
- Adult content, gambling, or other restricted materials
5. Payment Terms
All services are billed in advance. Payment is due according to your chosen billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. Domain registrations and addon services are non-refundable.
7. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. Scheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service interruptions.
8. Data Backup
While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data and website content.
9. Limitation of Liability
Hostable's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate service with appropriate notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these terms.
11. Privacy

12. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
